Appointment Terms
All appointments are based on availability. A non-refundable travel fee is required upfront to confirm mobile service. Once an appointment is booked and the notary is en route, the travel fee is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or cannot be completed for reasons outside the notary’s control.
California notary fees are charged separately at $15 per notarized signature, as allowed by California law. After your inquiry is submitted, we will send an availability update within approximately 30 minutes. If a notary is available, we will confirm the appointment details and dispatch service. If we are unavailable, we may refer you to another notary in the area when possible.
